Para ello, tendr\u00e1 que identificar los constructos de su Teor\u00eda del Cambio y, a continuaci\u00f3n, seleccionar herramientas para recopilar informaci\u00f3n sobre esos constructos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-septenary-background-color has-background\"><strong>Nota: Cada elemento de su TdC es una construcci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-2-color has-text-color has-font-size-5-font-size\">Puede parecer obvio, pero no siempre ocurre as\u00ed. A veces las medidas se eligen por otras razones, como la conveniencia o porque un financiador u otra entidad las exige. Qu\u00e9 capacitaci\u00f3n, equipos y materiales se necesitan?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uso anterior: \u00bfLo han utilizado otros antes? \u00bfSe ha utilizado y validado en su contexto? Esto es especialmente importante en el caso de las medidas de resultados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 informaci\u00f3n o datos ya se est\u00e1n recopilando que sean relevantes para la TdC?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<p>Algunas consideraciones pueden ser especialmente importantes para distintos socios (por ejemplo, a los investigadores puede importarles mucho la validez de una medida, y los profesionales y los miembros de la comunidad pueden estar especialmente atentos a la carga que soportan los participantes). Durante el a\u00f1o de programa 2021-2022, el equipo continu\u00f3 explorando el impacto en los objetivos a trav\u00e9s de un estudio piloto pre-post utilizando algunas medidas estandarizadas (por ejemplo, el TS Gold) y una encuesta desarrollada por el equipo. El equipo de <em>El Busesito<\/em> recibi\u00f3 el apoyo de colaboradores de la Universidad Estatal de Colorado y de ResultsLab para planificar y ejecutar su plan de evaluaci\u00f3n.
